I've spent more than two decades in mortgage brokerage and residential financing. Before founding Marketline Mortgage, I worked as an executive with Fortune 500 companies.

I've also served on the faculty of the Arizona School of Real Estate, trained real estate professionals, appeared as a radio guest and television mortgage expert, and spent my career helping borrowers make informed financing decisions.

But credentials aren't what I want clients to remember.

I want them to remember that we answered the phone, explained what was happening, did what we said we would do and treated their mortgage as though it mattered—because it does.

I highly recommend Taum and his team. They were outstanding! We were able to get our new home purchased in record time! We had our letter of pre-approval from Marketline. Put in an offer on a house the 8th of May. Our offer was accepted the 10th of May. The deed was registered in our name with the state of Arizona by 9:30am on May 24th. This was with conventional financing. 2 weeks total from when our offer was accepted to having the house in our name. Would never have believed such a timeline was possible. Annie was very professional and on top of everything. Communication was great. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and in fact already have. An absolute pleasure to deal with.
