I highly recommend Taum and his team. They were outstanding! We were able to get our new home purchased in record time! We had our letter of pre-approval from Marketline. Put in an offer on a house the 8th of May. Our offer was accepted the 10th of May. The deed was registered in our name with the state of Arizona by 9:30am on May 24th. This was with conventional financing. 2 weeks total from when our offer was accepted to having the house in our name. Would never have believed such a timeline was possible. Annie was very professional and on top of everything. Communication was great. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and in fact already have. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

I wanted write a review about Marketline Mortgage because I saw a Listing Agent I worked with give them a bad rap on social media. The truth is, Marketline Mortgage is top notch. I’ve used Marketline Mortgage for several transactions & all of them have gone very smoothly. I just finished a transaction for my buyers who needed a lot of help to qualify. Marketline was able to help them get 5% grant money and I negotiated 2% seller's concession in the contract. There were a few different occasions throughout the process that were frustrating for all parties but they were not due to Marketline (who was the broker), and in fact, were overcome by Marketline sticking with it and getting it done with the bank. In the end this lender was able to get my buyers into a new home! This company has everybody's best interest at heart and works hard to close a transaction… the end result was what everybody wanted. Marketline risked their reputation to help a buyer. Buyers need to realize that underwriters are like the FBI and so you need to disclose everything up front for a transaction to not have any glitches. Their agents need to understand the whole picture and not dis the mortgage guy!
