Marketline, Inc. · The Golden State
From coastal condos to Central Valley ranch homes, our California company brings the same family service and the same modern loan technology to every corner of the state.
Our California Company
Marketline, Inc. is the California company of the Marketline family, licensed by the California Department of Real Estate to arrange residential financing on California properties. Marketline, Inc. has served California homeowners since 2011, and owners Taum and Donna Hemmingsen still personally handle every loan.
Most of our California clients come to us through referrals from people we’ve already helped. Whether you’re buying your first home, moving up, refinancing, or buying a place by the coast, we compare loans from multiple lenders so you don’t have to.
You apply online, sign securely, and talk with the owner, not a call center. Escrow and closing happen in California, just like any local loan.

Know Before You Buy
In some fire-prone areas, coverage can take longer to find or cost more. We’ll get you started on insurance early and plan for the cost in your payment.
Your tax bill is generally reset when you buy, and some newer communities add special assessments. We include both when we estimate your payment.
Lenders review the whole building, not just your unit. HOA reserves, the share of rentals, and pending litigation can all affect which loans a project qualifies for.
California’s limits vary widely by county. We’ll tell you where yours falls so you know whether you’re in conforming or jumbo territory before you make an offer.
